How It Works

How IM Works

Interactive metronome trains the brain to plan, sequence, and process information more effectively through repetition of precise activities. It works with the use of head phones and hand/foot sensors to measure how closely responses are to a computer generated beat. In this way IM provides a non-invasive way to stimulate learning and motor development.

The program usually involves 12 to 15 sessions (although additional sessions may be necessary in some cases) of approximately 30 to 45 minutes each.
IM’s game like features engage the trainee with auditory and visual guidance which provides feedback while encouraging the trainee to improve their scores in various ways.
This interactive training process provides an opportunity to exercise and build the core mental skills essential for learning, development and recovery.
